The Relationship Between PASRR and Other Nursing Home Requirements

This webinar will highlight the ongoing relationship of State Authorities and Nursing Facilities (NF) throughout the PASRR process.
The webinar will address:
1) the relationship between PASRR and Nursing Facility level of care;
2) the relationship between the PASRR regulations and the recently updated regulations that govern the conditions of participation for long-term care facilities; and
3) the relationship between PASRR and MDS 3.0. Various FAQs from the PTAC website will be used as reference material.
Speaker:
Frank Tetrick has served as a consultant for the PASRR Technical Assistance Center since 2011. Previously, he served as a consultant to Values Option, a managed care company based in Virginia and he has worked closely with Deleware as they engaged MCO’s in the PASRR planning process. Frank has made presentations on behavioral health and intellectual disability initiatives, studies, and performance reviews to an array of community and professional groups, largely in his capacity as an Assistant Commissioner for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and a consultant to the Virginia Office of the State Inspector General.
